Black marinade can be used to make squid noodle and fried eel Noodles' soup.

How to do black marinade : 【Direct by Ming-hui Chen.】

1. Prepare a pan and add 600g of Jinlan soy sauce.

2. 3 cans of rice wine.

3. Fish sauce half pot.

4. One can of oyster sauce.

5. White rabbit brand vinegar 2/3 cans.

6. MSG 300g.

7. 1 can of Merlin soy sauce.

8. Rock sugar 500g.

9. BB sauce pot 1 bottle.

10. Add licorice powder and mix well, heat on the fire for 15 minutes until the sugar melts.

When the concentrated sauce is used, water can be added in a ratio of 1:1.
