Materials:

Kim Lan Soy Sauce

Toner

 

How to do hotbed chives  pork noodles:

1. Pork is cut into sections first and then shredded.
Do marinade:

2. Add egg, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, allspice <pork plus allspice, chicken plus cinnamon> and white pepper.

3. After adding Taifen, mix well.

4. Add pork strips and marinate to a similar softness to the earlobe.

5. Prepare bean sprouts.

6. Prepare hotbed chives and cut sections.

7.Shredded mushrooms.

8. Egg noodles boiled soft, do not stew for too long, picked up and dried.

9.Add salad oil and mix it.

10.Onion slices.

11.Peel the garlic and shoot it flat.

 

Prepare black marinade:】:

12.Prepare a pan and add 600g of Jinlan soy sauce.

13.3 cans of rice wine.

14.Fish sauce half pot.

15.1 can of oyster sauce.

16.White rabbit brand vinegar 2/3 cans.

17.(Don't doubt that the sauce of squid noodles sold outside is just so much of the MSG)

18. 1 can of Merlin soy sauce.

19. Rock sugar 500g.

20.BB sauce cans 1 bottle. (Spicy)

21. Glycyrrhiza powder, and will be mixed and placed on the fire and heated for 15 minutes until the sugar melts.

(When concentrated sauce is used, water ratio can be added in a ratio of 1:1)

 

 

22. Prepare the ratio of ground soda, sweet potato powder and water = (3:1), plus the ratio of total powder and water to 3:1.

23. The egg noodle can be fried.

24 fry the pork, the amount can be pulled out at low temperature after cooked.

25. Put the oil in the pan and put it in ginger and garlic.

26. Add mushrooms and saute.

27. Add 1:1 black marinade and water ( each 4 bowls)

28. Add pork and bean sprouts.

29.Adding thickening with mixture of cornstarch and water.

30.Water boiled, add hotbed chives, mix well and add fried egg noodle. Delicious hotbed chives pork noodles is finished.

Coriander can be added to increase the flavor of  hotbed chives port noodle..
