科屬：天南星科（Araceae）彩葉芋屬。
原產地：巴西、南美熱帶地區。
繁殖：主要以球莖分株。
休眠特性：秋冬葉片會枯萎，屬自然休眠，春天溫度回升後會重新發芽。
毒性提醒：莖葉含草酸鈣，誤食會刺激口腔黏膜與喉嚨，不可食用。

品種來源：屬於彩葉芋（Caladium bicolor）園藝品種之一。
特色：葉片呈深紫紅底色，葉脈與邊緣帶有銀白或粉色暈紋，視覺上有宇宙星雲的感覺。因此得名「宇宙唯一」，寓意獨特、閃耀、無可取代。
習性：喜高溫潮濕、半日照環境，避免強光直射。
